Collaboration among the major socioeconomic players in a perspective of local development lies at the core of the CDECs’ activities. The boards of directors of CDECs are composed of representatives elected through a system of electoral colleges representing the various sectors of the community. CDECs have the mission of developing partnerships among the forces that these colleges represent and assuming a leadership role in local development. |
